-How it works Most modern bikes' speedometer readings are actually calculated by the bikes output shaft rpm. It is determined by using factory-determined formulas inside the bike's computer. The impulse for these calculations is usually taken form a sensor on the countershaft sprocket. By changing things such as the sprockets, a rear tire with a diameter difference form the factory formula, or even a riders weight you can get very false readings. The Yellow Box recalculates the speedo impulse signal in real-time to fool your computer into thinking the countershaft (and hence the rear wheel) is traveling at the pre-calculated rpm to generate the correct mph reading. And, it can be re-adjusted at any time to correct for any changes in gearing and wheel sizes.

-The Yellow Box is an easy fix to correct for faceplate change errors- like switching a Hayabusa faceplate a 220mph version.

-Also ideal for Hayabusas that have been de-restricted for racing.

-Can also remove speed limiter on some bikes (like the Kawasaki ZX-12) that are factored by the speed sensor. It will also remove the problem where the speed limiting point has been accidentally lowered by changing the bikes gearing.
